A member of the parish council and contributor to charitable causes, Santos had the opportunity to participate in the breakfast program belonging to UNICEF; in which hundreds of children have benefited in the most disadvantaged communities. Santos is a professional who is satisfied in his position analyzing investments in ACAF
Santos Arias Fajardo
Treasurer
A teacher by profession and a lover of stamp collecting, Rafael has always opted for community education projects. His commitment to young people has given him the opportunity to help dozens of students in situations of poverty. His work ethic towards the needy was the driving reason for Rafael Armas to join the ACAF team.
Humberto is an industrial engineer dedicated to teaching since 2003. He began as a teacher in the University of Los Angeles of Chimbote and in 2013 became a member of the educational faculty at the San Pedro and Cesar Vallejo Universities. Humberto is now one of the professionals who has joined us in the fight for human rights.

Head of Comet SRL, a company mainly involved in the exportation and foundry of bronze and iron and a leading company in the north of our country, Rafael has experience in engineering design, manufacturing and mechanical projects. His experience in business administration is highly valued by ACAF.
Ana Virginia Corvacho Lévano
Associate
Ana founded a team of guides "Youth Without Borders" in 1975 and in 1986 she joined the Children's City Council in Chimbote. She was born in Tacna, but her heart is in Chimbote. She defines herself as a positive woman, passionate about her work. Her dedicated service to youth drew her to serve on the ACAF board.

Miguel A. Koo Chia
Director of Operations
His experience as an adviser to the Social Responsibility Program in the Hayduk Corporation allowed Miguel to have contact with areas of poverty and extreme poverty. He also worked as Manager of Culture and Sports in the Municipal District of Nuevo Chimbote. Miguel is known for being a disciplined and just professional.
Jorge Luis Villar Reyes
Executive Director
His experience in the private sector on a national and international level enabled Jorge to obtain awards for business development and sales growth in the city of Dublin in 2007. He has a great interest in social causes and his participation as a volunteer in the fight against poverty has granted him many opportunities both in his professional and personal life
Katie Richards
Head of Marketing and Public Relations
An enterprising professional with a Master’s in Languages from the University of Edinburgh, Katie teaches foreign languages and specializes in Marketing Management. Katie comes from Manchester (England) but came to Peru as a volunteer four years ago to serve the poorest communities. Currently she is part of the fight against inequality from the Marketing department.
Roxana Lopez Valdiviezo
Head of Human Resources
A leading psychologist, expert in coaching and motivational workshops, Roxana has a Master’s in Business Administration and Management, as well as a Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management. For Roxana, her effort and dedication have become her philosophy for her work and home life.
His self-control and responsibility have shown Daniel to be a reliable professional throughout his four years in ACAF. Daniel graduated as a chartered accountant in 2008 from the University of Los Angeles in Chimbote and also in Financial Management in 2014. From a young age he had clear objectives and is proud of his work and achievements.
